Division Reunion Banquet

We are pleased to announce that the Division Reunion Banquet is back by popular demand!

We will host a banquet at the Hilton Ocala the evening after the business session in the conference room.  The social hour will begin at 6 PM, and the Supper program will begin at 7 PM.

Dress Attire is Coat & Tie or Period Uniform for the gentlemen and Period Gowns for the ladies.

The banquet will feature a fine buffet with a choice of proteins and amazing side dishes.  A bar is located adjacent to the banquet room with a fine selection of wine and other spirits for those who desire.

This year, we are honored to have Past National SCV Chaplain-in-Chief Pastor John Weaver as our Guest Speaker at the banquet.

Our Speaker - Pastor John Weaver

Past Chaplain-in-Chief, SCV

Pastor John Weaver is a Past Chaplain-in-Chief of the Sons of Confederate Veterans and is a renowed historian.  He has spent his life spreading the good news of Jesus Christ and defending the Confederate Soldier.  He is a native of Georgia, and a graduate from Bob Jones University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theology and attended graduate school.  He has been in the Christian ministry for over 40 years.  During that time, he has pastored, and helped plant several churches and Christian schools around the country. Pastor Weaver has traveled across America preaching and lecturing in churches, colleges and conferences.

His knowledge of biblical truth is enlightening and greatly needed. Like Paul, his goal is to preach the whole counsel of God, something that is sadly missing in today's pulpits. He is now engaged in an evangelistic and conference ministry and travels across the country expounding the word of God. He preaches weekly on Sunday in Waycross, Georgia and in Live Oak, Florida. A native of Georgia, Pastor Weaver and his wife have four children and six grandchildren.
